At FUNtastic Gymnastics, our AAU Artistic, Boys, and Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) programs let athletes of all levels train like a team, build skills, and have a blast along the way. From flips on the floor to soaring on the trampoline, our classes focus on confidence, strength, and fun—all in a supportive, non-pressured environment.
U.S.T.A.
As proud members of the United States Trampoline & Tumbling Association (U.S.T.A.), our athletes train and compete in Power Tumbling, Trampoline, and Double Mini. The U.S.T.A. program encourages safe progressions, skill development, and confidence—giving gymnasts the chance to soar high, challenge themselves, and have fun both in and out of competition!

Our AAU Gymnastics Competition Team gives dedicated athletes the chance to shine in Bars, Beam, Floor, and Vault while competing throughout the state of Florida under the Xcel program. With a focus on skill mastery, strength, and confidence, our team trains like true athletes—embracing teamwork, discipline, and the thrill of competition in a supportive environment.
We’re proud to also offer a daytime training team for families with nontraditional schedules, making it easier for every athlete to reach their goals while balancing school, work, or other commitments.

Our AAU Boys 4X4 Competition Team offers boys the chance to develop strength, coordination, and confidence across 4 events: floor, rings, vault, and high bar. With a focus on skill progression, teamwork, and fun, boys train like a team in a supportive, non-competitive environment—perfect for building athleticism and a love for gymnastics!
Our Competition Teams are by tryout or invitation only, with year-round training to prepare athletes for an season from late winter through summer. Gymnasts build strength, skill, and confidence in a supportive, team-focused environment while experiencing the thrill of competition.
Artistic Gymnastics Competition Teams
Our athletes train in Bars, Beam, Floor, and Vault, competing under the Xcel program. We offer both evening training for traditional schedules and a daytime homeschool team for flexible families.
Copper & Bronze
The AAU Copper & Bronze Team is a great entry into competitive gymnastics with a supportive team environment. Athletes continue building strong fundamentals while learning routines for their first competitive experiences. Coaches focus on confidence, teamwork, and positive performance habits. This level offers a great balance of challenge and encouragement for gymnasts new to competition.
Silver
The AAU Silver Team is designed for gymnasts ready to refine their skills and perform with more precision in competition. Athletes build strength, polish routines, and learn consistency across all events. The training environment promotes dedication, team spirit, and growth while still keeping the experience enjoyable. It’s a great fit for gymnasts who love performing and are ready for the next step.
Gold & Platinum
The AAU Gold & Platinum Team is a higher-level competitive experience for gymnasts with strong skills and a passion for performance. Athletes focus on advanced routines, clean execution, and building confidence in competition settings. Coaches emphasize discipline, artistry, and strength while still celebrating the joy of the sport. This program is perfect for dedicated gymnasts ready to take their competitive journey further.
T&T Gymnastic Competition Team
Our T&T team focuses on tumbling passes and trampoline skills, helping athletes build strength, precision, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
Beginner
Our Beginner Team introduces athletes to the exciting world of Trampoline & Tumbling through the three U.S.T.A. events—Power Tumbling, Double Mini, and Trampoline. Gymnasts learn body control, strength, and foundational skills while gaining confidence and teamwork experience. It’s the perfect starting point for athletes ready to fly higher and have fun doing it!
Novice
The Novice Team builds on the fundamentals with a focus on clean technique, consistency, and developing short routines for each event. Athletes work on higher-level skills, strength, and control while experiencing the fun and motivation of team-style training and competition. Perfect for gymnasts who are ready to take their T&T skills to the next level!
Advanced
Our Advanced Team is designed for dedicated athletes training powerful tumbling passes, complex trampoline skills, and dynamic double mini routines. With year-round training and competition opportunities, gymnasts continue to build confidence, discipline, and precision in a supportive, team-focused environment that celebrates progress and performance.
Boys 4X4 Competition Team
The Boys 4x4 team trains in Floor, Vault, Rings, and Parallel Bars, developing strength, technique, and teamwork while preparing for statewide competitions.
Levels 1-2
Our Level 1 & 2 Boys 4x4 classes introduce young athletes to the foundations of gymnastics through floor, rings, vault, and high bar. Gymnasts build strength, balance, and coordination while learning basic skills like rolls, handstands, swings, and safe landings. With an emphasis on fun and confidence, these levels are the perfect start for boys who love to move, climb, and flip!
Level 3
Level 3 takes things up a notch as gymnasts begin combining skills into short routines and developing stronger technique on all four events. Athletes work on improving form, control, and power while continuing to build strength and discipline in a supportive, team-style environment.
Level 4
Our Level 4 program is designed for advanced boys who are ready for a challenge. Gymnasts focus on connecting skills into full routines, perfecting form, and mastering strength elements that prepare them for future team or competitive opportunities. Training emphasizes confidence, consistency, and pride in performance—while keeping the fun and energy of gymnastics at the center!
